¿Cómo se envían los paquetes?
Los paquetes de nuestro almacén en China serán enviados por ePacket o EMS dependiendo del peso y tamaño del producto. Los paquetes enviados desde nuestro almacén de EE. UU. Se envían a través de USPS.
¿Envían a todo el mundo?
Sí. Ofrecemos envío gratuito a más de 200 países de todo el mundo. Sin embargo, hay algunos lugares a los que no podemos enviar. Si te encuentras en uno de esos países, nos pondremos en contacto contigo.
¿Y las costumbres?
No somos responsables de ninguna tarifa personalizada una vez que se hayan enviado los artículos. Al comprar nuestros productos, aceptas que se te envíen uno o más paquetes y que recibas tarifas personalizadas cuando lleguen a tu país.

Para algunas compañías de envío, la información de seguimiento demora de 2 a 5 días hábiles en actualizarse en el sistema. Si tu pedido se realizó hace más de 5 días hábiles y aún no hay información sobre tu número de seguimiento, contáctanos
¿Se enviarán mis artículos en un paquete?
Por razones logísticas, los artículos en la misma compra a veces se enviarán en paquetes separados, incluso si has especificado el envío combinado.

Política de reembolsos y devoluciones
Cancelación del pedido
Todos los pedidos pueden cancelarse hasta que se envíen. Si tu pedido ha sido pagado y necesitas hacer un cambio o cancelar un pedido, debes comunicarte con nosotros dentro de las 12 horas. Una vez que el proceso de empaque y envío ha comenzado, ya no se puede cancelar.
Reembolsos
Tu satisfacción es nuestra prioridad #1. Por lo tanto, puedes solicitar un reembolso o reenvío de productos pedidos si:
- No los recibes dentro del tiempo garantizado (45 días sin incluir el procesamiento de 2 a 5 días)
- Recibiste el artículo equivocado
- No deseas el producto que recibió (pero debes devolver el artículo a tu cargo y el artículo no debe usarse)
No emitimos el reembolso si:
- Tu pedido no llega debido a factores bajo tu control (por ejemplo, proporcionar una dirección de envío incorrecta)

Si te apruebas un reembolso, te procesarás tu reembolso y se aplicará automáticamente un crédito a tu tarjeta de crédito o método de pago original, dentro de los 14 días.
Intercambios
Si por alguna razón deseas cambiar tu producto, tal vez por un tamaño diferente en la ropa. Debes comunicarte con nosotros primero y lo guiaremos a través de los pasos.

Покупал для Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42. В Ярославль дошел за 4 дня из России. Размеры идеально подходят для ноутбука, к тому же я специально выбирал по пререзям для забора воздуха. Пользуюсь обычно 2-режимом, где включены 4 кулера, на максимальной скорости. Шум есть, будто включаешь вечно старый компьютер, но в наушниках не слышно, даже, если включить все кулеры. Итак, эффект есть, но только когда подставка стоит на ножках: у меня он охладил на 8-10 градусов, есть включать всё по максимуму. Если подставку не ставить на ножки, а оставить плоско, то лишь 3-4 градуса при макс. настройках.

Доставка до Ташкента заняла 35 дней, всё отслеживалось, упаковано в брендовую коробку и она даже не помялась, заказывал 2 штуки одним заказом, но каждая пришла отдельной посылкой в один день на удивление, продавец говорил про какие-то проблемы с логистикой и попросил сделать 2 заказа по специальной ссылке, где стоимость была 1 цент, всё сделал как он просил, хоть и думал про какой-то обман, но в итоге нормально получил и всё хорошо работает, точно буду брать ещё, продавца и товар однозначно рекомендую!

товар дошел быстро до г.Свободный. на Макс оборотах (2600) шум присутствует но не мешает. при переходе на 2300 пропадает. на моем ноуте понизил нагрев примерно на 5-7 градусов ЦП и ГП. за свою цену норм советую
